—Where a project needs live coverage earlier in your day, we agree shifted hours up front rather than pretending the overlap is bigger than it is.
—Delivery, documentation and support are in English.

Integration approach

We do not claim compatibility with any Australian accounting, payroll or logistics platform before assessing it. Whether an integration is possible depends on API access, your licence tier and your data-security requirements.

—Advice on Fair Work award interpretation, superannuation calculation or employment law.
—An Australian entity, office, ABN-registered presence or on-site staff.
—Named integrations with any Australian accounting or logistics platform before a compatibility assessment.
—Australian data residency by default. Where hosting location matters, it must be specified at discovery so infrastructure can be scoped accordingly.

Do you have an office in Australia?

No. We are headquartered in Lahore, Pakistan and work with Australian clients remotely. There is no local entity and no on-site staff.

Can you handle our payroll?

Not the statutory side. We build workforce, attendance, leave and rostering systems, but Single Touch Payroll reporting and ATO lodgement need a certified Australian payroll provider. We integrate with what you already use where the platform allows it.

How does the time difference actually work?

Sydney is five hours ahead of Lahore. Our working day covers your afternoon live, roughly 2pm to 6pm AEST, and work continues through your evening. Most clients find the overnight turnaround useful rather than awkward, but it is a genuine constraint and worth testing against how your team operates.

Where will our data be hosted?

Wherever you require, but it needs deciding at discovery. If Australian data residency is a contractual or regulatory requirement for you, say so early so we can scope the infrastructure properly rather than migrating later.

Who owns the software once it is built?

You do. Source code, accounts, data and documentation transfer to you on delivery.
